It is owned by a Steven who looks exactly like the mannequin. At Steven’s Corner, Steven is often the one who takes your order and even though he is Indian, he can speak almost every chinese dialect.

Steven’s Tea Garden is quite new and is owned by him as well, I’m sure.

I think you are right! Did some googling on my own and found that lunghi is the skirt worn by men or women in India. That is probably the more accurate technical term.
