Same here, last year i went to Singpore and also fell in love with this bbq chicken! I looking for the recipe to create the Ayam Panggang myself. If someone has the recipe please share it :)

In reply to Kit. You don't say. I was there last week and noticed that the chicken was distinctly smaller than before. I don't mind it that much because the chicken is still too much for me to finish! I think the one at PS still maintains their standards and serving size. If you don't mind the long line, you should definitely try out their Ayam Panggang. Here's my review :)

I didn’t know the original was in PS. But I really love this stall.

And seriously, the chicken is getting smaller even since the start of 2009. For some reason I have no idea.

I might run around and try the one at PS I suppose. =)

Haha I enjoyed the cute story. The fairy tale beginning and ending suit the castle theme of your blog. Maybe you can consider doing more of these short stories now and then? It makes an interesting read from the normal food reviews.

Thanks for sharing! I agree with you that $3 is cheap, but it also makes me wonder if the chicken is as ample as the one at PS or even Tiong Bahru.

If you think that the PS one is gd, you have never tried the one in NUS engine canteen. It is much better and cheaper ($3). It is simply the best.

The one at Tampines Mall foodcourt cost only $4.80. No queue. I had not tried the one at Plaze Sing, tried a few times at Suntec, the dish is really appetizing.

Makes me wonder, we should install a ‘live webcam’ to monitor the length of the human traffic jam at the Plaza Sing store (just like the one at the Woodlands Immigration Checkpoint).. when there’s no jam, we make a mad rush for the stall! :P

Go at 11:25AM in the morning. :p

I know, because I did that today and for the first time ever… NO QUEUE! WOOHOO!
