The food is only so-so (except the Tom Yum soup which was good) and it took them 3 hours to deliver the food! Will not order from them again.

Will not order from here again

We wait a full hour for our order. There were 2 other orders from dine-in, and one other from call-in – we noted the 4 pieces of order slips, including ours. One order came in after ours.

The food was so-so; you can probably get the same standard from the hawker centre.

We don’t want to rant, but we should let others know about the bad service and attitude. We understand if the kitchen is new and need to iron out the time-mangement kinks. However it is not right for staff to be rude to customers (especially when the rude one looks to be the boss or the shop manager), when all they are asking is how long more to wait.

This is definitely not an establishment we will return with our patronage. We will see the $50+ spent today as our lesson learnt. Since there is no appreciation for customers, we will not be sorry to see it go. Thai to go, indeed!

Out of sudden, I thought of this Thai-to-go home delivery I once saw online. So we decided to give a try by placing our order of just 3 dishes for the start. We ordered the most delectable and finger licking pineapple rice which packed in a spilled free plastic containers. Oh mean, just by admiring the food crowned with meat floss and cashut nuts already took your breath away and the taste is so authentic and of restaurant standard.
The 2nd order we placed was the spring roll another dish that made you to come back for More!!!! Plus the Thai chilli. Simply thumbs up. Last we ordered was the Phad Thai noodle. The serving was generously portioned, sufficient enough for extra 2 to 3 mouths to relish. Everything else we tried were fantastic and of restaurant standard, except we find the phase Thai noodle a ‘little’ too sweet perhaps can moderate it with sweet and sour instead of just sweet. Waiting time is little long but still overall worth the wait for the dishes were really sumptuous. Can tell a lot of hard work invested. Kudos!!! Yeah!!!!

We definitely will look at next order for sure.

Thank you

Cheers,
Mertz/Cate

There’s an omelette dish that I didn’t include in the review. With that, it was more than enough for 5 people. We cooked our own steamed rice as the pineapple rice ordered was the small portion. For 8 people, you may want to try ordering Medium portions for the dishes (we ordered Small for all).

Yeah I’m curious to know too. Though if the restaurant has service charges in place, I think their food delivery service may be more convenient and economical.

Would be keen to know if their restaurant has the same standard as their delivery, or better. =)
