Geez, it’s all becoming wet and mushy here! Umbrellas needed!

going back to school is very very disconcerting, esp cos i will almost be thirty when i graduate! im not ashamed of it or bothered by it, but i felt it was now of never, you know? i owe veron a lot, cos shes listened to me bellyache about being unsure and scared and nervous, and shes been the picture of composure and patience. geez, when you have friends like this, it really breaks your heart to say goodbye, irrespective of the interim time.

oh tony: its an accelerated masters, by coursework. no thesis see, and i got a bunch of exceptions cos of my work exp. and its tied to my partial scholarship too.. but Im most certainly not a genius.. veron is far too generous with her compliments hehe.. oh yeah, and thanks for inadvertently introducing me to tequila rose too… fantastic drink. Plus, if you go by veron’s recommendations, you seldom go wrong!

as far as the pact goes: im taking it very seriously :) regardless of how goofy it might sound. hehe. even changed my return flight date today, to accommodate the pact hehe. I just hope you remember me when you become an internet celeb.. which you are well on the way to being :)

Hmm, don’t bother asking for it anywhere else again, Veron. It’s almost a fact that other bars don’t stock it. There is a reason why Cafe Iguana is the best Mex restaurant, no? Besides of course, the 80+ types of tequila they (I can no longer say “we” here, sadly) have.

I’m planning to hit that spot after exams for a good round of margaritas. Miss the food and drinks there. And of course, my colleagues, haha.
