But the bartender refused to serve me water. WATER! He said it was policy. He insisted that I buy overpriced FIJI water instead of giving me free water from the tap. What kind of BS is that? Why would I buy bottled water when I can get for free from the tap. I will never come back to this place. 0/10

Hi Rob Christie, sorry to hear that you’ve had such a bad experience at Stacked, I have to agree on the slow service at times, but I’m quite shocked to see that they only offer champagne and beer as we had bouts of cocktails that day. I suppose the inconsistency on service and menu availability is unforgivable, but i certainly did enjoy the dim sum! Hopefully the management will take the negative comments to consideration and improve on their service.

Absolute disgrace, I will never return. Service was terrible, very slow and inattentive. We asked for the drinks menu, having heard about the cocktails and the menu provided offered just champagne or beer. Ordered beer, it was warm, complained and they put it in an ice bucket ! Ordered 5 dim sum, after 30 minutes only 3 arrived. We questioned the waiter who told us that all 5 had arrived. I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter just grinned and said ok. 10 minutes later, no further action, asked again and he sent over another waiter who claimed to be the manager but clearly was not. Eventually they provided a free dim sum we did not order, but had enough by then and left. Great concept, awful service, overpriced dim sum.
