I just came back from Siem Reap and its good reading your blog as a recap of what I covered, or missed.

Just to note, Neak Pean was filled with water when i visited – in fact, the long path through the jungle was flooded as well – they had to construct makeshift wooden planks so you could cross over to the temple.

Oh yeah, i also saw the cats at the cafes in Pub Street! haha

Oh yes. The place is pretty much a forested area. Our journeys from temple to temple were shrouded in greenery on both sides of the road!

I didn’t know that Trees could just grow on top of things thats pretty cool. Where the temples deep within the Jungle? because in your video you hear a lot of birds singing.

You know what? I did take a whole bunch of videos to showcase the street scenes of Siem Reap. I took them while I was riding the tuk-tuk. Playing them back makes me feel nauseous because they were all so bumpy! I dare not post them here.

Surprised the statues at banteay srei still had their heads intact, since most looters would’ve decapitated the heads to sell.

2 words of advice.. “more videos!”
